Warranty Terms

• Warranty Period usually given between 1 year up to 2 years or 300 Flight Hours up to 1,000 Hours which reacehes first depend on The Agreement
• All Components are to be in warranty except : consumable parts, expendable parts and all Periodical Inspection kits and tools.
• The warranty terms shall not be effective, in conditions :
  • The maintenance and operating of the Aircraft are not performed in accordance with the flight manual, maintenance manual, operation manual, mandatory bulletin/mandatory instruction, or any flight regulation related to.
  • Installation of any different parts which are not recommended and as mentioned on the part catalogue or manual which has been given.
  • The component and/or part of it, accessories and equipment of the Aircraft have been repaired other than Manufacturer’s facility or any facility appointed by the Manufacturer, without any permission from the Manufacturer.
  • The default or failure caused by natural weathering, the failure caused by accident, failure caused by an extraordinary thing whenever operated, and the default in storage or misused.
  • The Buyer does not give the detailed written report relating to the failure on the Aircraft and its equipment installed.
  • All or any part of the Aircraft and its equipment installed has been changed without Manufacturer’s approved or has been installed with the equipment which is different with the Manufacturer’s design.
• During the warranty period, besides the components Manufacturer shall be responsible :
  • To repair all of the defective and/or failure caused by the defaulting in materiel and/or workmanship. The cost of the man-hours of the Manufacturer shall be borne by the Manufacturer.
  • To repair all of the defective and/or failure caused by the default in design and materiel failure of its component and/or part, accessories and equipment. The cost of the man-hours of the Manufacturer shall be borne by the Manufacturer.
  • The repairing mentioned above may be take place in the Buyer’s facility. Any costs for the placements of the Manufacturer’s team shall be borne by the Manufacturer.
• The warranty terms shall be effective in the report which shall be completed with:
  • The cause of failure.
  • The reasons of the removing component/spare parts from the Aircraft.
  • Historical Record of the component/spare parts.
  • Claim shall be reported in the format of Warranty Claim in giving by the Manufacturer.
