ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES

As a DESIGN ORGANIZATION APPROVAL (DOA) Holder, PTDI is approved to conduct aircraft repair and modification/alteration design for the aircraft category:

• Normal/Utility Aircraft under CASR Part 23
• Transport Aircraft under CASR Part 25
• Normal Helicopter under CASR Part 27
• Transport Helicopter under CASR Part 29

 

The privileges of DOA PTDI are Major Changes to Type Design, up to Major Repair and Major Alteration for:

• STRUCTURE
• AVIONICS and ELECTRICAL Equipment Installation
• Aircraft System

 

Maintenance Engineering Services activities:

• Develop repair solutions and engineering justification of any discrepancies or non-conforming articles,
• Provide engineering data for maintenance, repair, and overhaul or any work as requested by the customer,
• Provide technical representative on customer base,
• Develop and maintain Engineering System Numbering Data Base
